FAMILY RECONCILIATION CENTER
Family Reconciliation Center provides wish lists of Christmas gifts for children whose parents are in prison. We purchase gifts and collect them at our annual "Stories of Christmas" program. They are then distributed to the families. If you would like to get involved with this ministry, please contact Deb Smith.

FRIEND'S LIFE
Friend's Life is a day program for disabled adults. We are in partnership with Friend’s Life to provide a “Café” for our church members on Sundays. Participants make muffins once a month at HPC for the cafe and provide rotating art work for the walls. If you would like to get involved with this ministry, please contact Rhonda Phillippi.

HABITAT for HUMANITY
Each October, members of HPC join members of other churches for Habitat for Humanity of Greater Nashville’s Unity Build. Working in unison, we help build a house for a deserving family by performing various tasks such as painting and carpentry. Members also provide refreshments and lunch for people on the worksite. JO'S REACH OUT & READ
Jo's Reach Out and Read provides books to children at Vanderbilt Children’s Clinic. These children would otherwise not have access to literature. A fundraiser is held two times a year at Easter and Christmas. If you would like to get involved with this ministry, please contact Jill Reddig.

Luke 14:12
Luke 14:12 is a ministry that serves over 200 lunches several days a week to homeless men and women. Volunteers either work in the kitchen or serve meals to both residents and visitors restaurant style at tables. If you would like to get involved in this ministry, please contact Gloria Shiavi.

THE MARTHA
O'BRYAN CENTER
Each June, HPC joins with other Presbyterian Churches in Nashville to raise money for the Martha O'Bryan Center by participating in "Miss Martha's Ice Cream Cranking and Social.” Members sell tickets and volunteer to make ice cream for the event. ROOM IN THE INN
Room In The Inn is a ministry that helps house Nashville’s homeless population during cold winter months. Many churches participate, offering shelter and food. Room In The Inn takes place at HPC on Friday nights from November-March. Volunteers signup to drive the bus, stay overnight as innkeepers, provide meals or to do laundry. SPRUCE STREET FEEDING PROGRAM
The Spruce Street Baptist Church Feeding Program distributes hot lunches to over 100 shut-ins, at various facilities. Volunteers meet every Tuesday to assemble and package meals for distribution. If you would like to get involved with this ministry, please contact Joicelyn Gregory.

UKIRK
UKirk Nashville is the local chapter of the Presbyterian campus ministry. During the school year, dinner is provided by HPC and other Presbyterian churches, before Thursday night service at St. Augustine Chapel, on Vanderbilt's Campus. There are also other opportunities to interface with students and to support the organization. If you would like to become involved in this ministry, please contact Holly Miller.

CLOTHES CLOSET
Members of HPC donate various clothes items during the year, particularly during “Socktober.” Volunteers sort the items and organize them in the closet. FAITH & HART HOUSE
Faith & Hart House are two houses located on HPC's campus. They house disabled adults through Progress, Inc. We periodically visit the residents and our children make gifts during holidays for both the residents and their caretakers.
