This daily devotional book is packed with simple yet profound wisdom. It would be so perfect for an individual practice, and you could certainly use it in a small group setting as well. 10% Happier by Dan Harris

Dan Harris famously experienced a panic attack on live TV in 2004 and went on to completely transform his mental wellbeing and life through a practice of meditation. His first book, 10% Happier, garnered national acclaim as an accessible and humanizing guide to meditation. There’s a 10% Happier podcast series and app with guided meditations, recorded talks, and other tools for cultivating mindfulness. It’s important to note that the app is a paid subscription; there is a collection of free guided meditations on the website that you can access without downloading the app. More info here.
