Our May Serve opportunity is on May 13th from 11am to 1pm. HPC has been asked by the Paragon Mills Elementary School counselor to partner with PMES in helping support the opening of a food bank on site for their students and families, many of whom are in transition, experiencing homelessness, new to the country, and/or food insecure. A list of needed donations is below and volunteers will bring donations to PMES and help "stock the pantry" and prepare food bags for students to take home on May 13th. If you can't make it to PMES, but would like to help, simply drop off your donations (non-perishable) in the narthex through May 7th. Needed items: Eggs, Milk, Bread, Fresh fruits, Fresh veggies, Maseca flour, Tortillas, Fideo Pasta, Tomato sauce, Tostadas, Dried Peppers, Dried Rice, Dried Beans,Coconut Milk Cans
