Congregational Meeting | July 12
The Session called a Congregational Meeting to be held immediately following worship on Sunday, July 12, for the purpose of electing members to serve as Elders and Deacons. The meeting may be attended in-person or online and details on joining the online meeting will be forthcoming.
The Barefoot Gospel
Feeling weighed down by a world of “more”? More expectations, more pressure, more to carry than we were meant to hold.
This July, join us for The Barefoot Gospel, a worship series about what it means to release what’s heavy and rediscover a simpler, more grounded way of life. Together we’ll explore how vulnerability, simplicity, and trust open us to deeper faith and more meaningful connection with God and one another.

Celebrating Lindsy McLean
We’re excited to share that a 30-minute documentary featuring Lindsy McLean’s work as an athletic trainer with the San Francisco 49ers recently aired on the NFL Network.
To celebrate, we’ll host a viewing party on Sunday, July 5, immediately following worship in the Fellowship Hall. Pizza will be provided, and all are welcome to join us as we celebrate Lindsy and this special recognition.

Join us Saturday, July 25, from 10am–12pm as we pack period product kits for the Community Resource Center.
Donations of period products may be placed in the collection bin in the Engagement Area throughout July or purchased through CRC's Amazon Wish List at the link below.
Summer Dinner Parties
Good food and good company are two of life's great gifts, and this summer we're bringing them together! Members of Session and staff will be hosting a series of small dinner parties throughout the season, offering a chance to gather around the table, share stories, and get to know one another a little better.
Whether you've been part of Hillsboro for years or are just beginning to connect, these relaxed evenings are a wonderful opportunity to build friendships and enjoy the gift of community. Each gathering will include around 8–12 people and will take place in the homes of our hosts.
